AC is broke during a heat wave. You have 80 year old residents and refuse to get it fixed for a few months, really pathetic.
Great place clean, people are friendly. Pet friendly
My father recently passed away in this residence at the age of 67. He died on the day they had sprayed for bed bugs yet again. His death was on a friday, but was not found till Monday by another residence. The main office for this place is issuing a deposit check in my deceased father's name rather then his two daughter's to put toward the funeral. I currently live at seton kenton. The owners and management do not care about the residents and enforce some of the most unbelievable rules including that you may not use doors that are marked exit. My wife and I are currently looking for a better place to live and at this point we would consider a cave. I highly recommend no one move here FYI I have lived here for three years and have not been in any trouble,but still would not recommend anyone move here.
It's a great place to live. Comfortable, affordable, clean, and well maintained, Laundromat available at very reasonable prices. Quite affordable. Nice community room & fun activities available. Smoking shack available for those who smoke & and smoke free building. Some of the neighbors, though, are quite rude and love to gossip about things they know nothing about.
