I have repeatedly contacted the office about tenants smoking cigarettes and Marijuana in the building. Last year the manager finally answered the phone and she said she would "look into it". They don't really seem concerned about the issue...It continued for months and finally stopped. Now it's happening again every night. I have called and left voicemails recently and no one has returned my call. Smoking in or within 25 ft of a federal funded building is against the federal smoke ban law for HUD. Toni Spears’s was a wonderful person to work with. She went out of her way to help me to get into Seton Haven. She was very friendly and professional and knew her job.
