Been going there for almost 8 years…the dentist part…and let me tell you they are very kind and gentle with your needs…they never make me feel embarrassed about my situation and gets me right…I’ll always continue to go there

Seems like a great program has one of the most rudest set of staff ever. They talk with such entitlement. I thought a man coming out saying he felt disrespected was just upset. But to watch them talk to 2 others the same way was alarming. Then I called 24 hours prior to see if they could service my address. They confirmed the today they tell me they don't. Ms. Ellin was very rude and impolite and showed no compassion towards my situation or circumstances. I also believe that they show favoritism and pick and choose who they want to grant their services and help to, even if you are eligible and have taken all the necessary steps and done everything correctly. I literally watched her abuse her power and tell one person they were ineligible and grant another person services.
