I have been going here for multiple years and it has gotten way worse over the last year or so the office has had to reschedule three out of my last four appointments in the last two months. I have showed up every time. The receptionist does not leave phone calls when they reschedule. Also the receptionist is very rude. The skill in which the dentist perform has went completely downhill as well. This is no longer a family, friendly dentist office this is no longer a good dance. My advice, go somewhere else.

I brought my child here when she was 8 for a toothache that came on suddenly. Seton Center worked with her school by offering free exams and cleanings so that is why I chose to come here. When they called her name, I stood up to follow but they told me I couldn’t go back with her. The exam rooms are behind heavy doors so you cannot see anything and they wanted to take a minor back there without her mom. I was immediately uncomfortable.
