In my opinion you cannot have a greater misfortune for your children or yourself than to have Darius Sethna appointed as your GAL. And he advocated for at least 50-50 and that’s what the kids and I got, by their request: two parental allocation judgments, 3 judges orders. Compliance, parenting time interference/abuse, unsuccessful alienation that backfired, 9 failed protective order attempts, custody evaluator declared parenting time should be up to the kids and myself and no one else: 2 weeks later 1 moved in with me, the o... read more

A few of the candid statements I heard during the 2+ years until he finally was off the case: 1. Teenagers will always want to stay with the lackadaisical parent - its up to you to provide them stability at your home 2. We will give greater weight to what the kids want 🤦♂️ 3.
