Had a conversation with Seth and in the process of me finishing my thought Seth interrupted me to quickly inform me that the minimal information shared was not conducive to having a case to which he said in more or less words “ let me stop you right there”. I will say his point was made when he decided to clarify why that was a fact. However not allowing someone to fully disclose what the issue was regardless of you believing you heard everything you needed to hear is typical of a lawyer.
I have never needed an attorney before until something came up. My old employer had accusations against me that were untrue and I consulted Seth. He was knowledgeable, professional and helped ease my mind through the process. It was a lengthy process but well worth it. Seth helped me win my case. I would highly recommend him.
Seth was extremely helpful with working through a clawback contract with a previous employer. He was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions.
