I just completed my second home purchase with Seth. One a few years ago and one I closed just a week ago. Seth is excellent at what he does. He communicates clearly throughout the entire process and takes the time to explain everything so you fully understand the reason behind each and every paper you sign. He walked me through the approval process to ensure I was requesting approval at the best time to lock in the best rate. Seth was very easy to work with, as first time home buyers we had many questions but he was happy to answer any and all questions we had. We had a hiccup where closing could’ve been delayed (on sellers end) but Seth and his team did their absolute best to ensure closing could be done within the next day. On closing Seth brought us celebratory cookies which was so nice. I could not recommend Seth enough!
