unresponsive, couldn't get an accurate ETA, was like pulling teeth to get info, almost a whole day late(was told morning delivery and ended up end of day) way better brokers out there.

Set up a Load with Sam and in the process of doing the carrier packet had to call back for a question within three minutes of hanging up the phone and needing to call back he already gave it to someone else for cheaper so that completely messes up my whole entire day And all I get is All sorry that’s part of this the business if you are a carrier please stay away from this company all you’re gonna do is get screwed Definitely will be reporting to the FMCSA
