John Bruce is one of the best brokers I have worked with. His customer service ability is the best. The service level and dependency is about the best I have delt with
I have load for your company multiple times we only had one issue with one broker named Kim Carson. She made sure we could not haul for this company by making false claims about us not strapping a load and there is proof load was secure and delivered with no issues. Spoke with carrier complaince to try to resolve this issue and the only answer is sorry we will take the broker word over yours 100%. Worked for them in Tulsa and may of us have not been paid for our work for this company going on 2 weeks now. Do not use them for any services. I already filed with the Dept of Labor.
