They can’t even pick up their phone!
Horrible! I paid my debt off in total and they are still mailing me and refusing to talk to me! They are sending letters saying I still owe them the money I paid plus interest now. I even talked to their rent-a lawyer at a courthouse when I was trying to talk to someone and he even acknowledged I had paid the bill! He said he would fax over that info to this company. So why did I just get a new letter from them stating I owe even more??? These people are vultures. When a debt is paid in total that should be the end of it!!! ... read more

This company have a plus advantage of having an office in Durham, North Carolina. There is nobody in the office most days of the week to call and get updates on your account or to speak to anyone. I gathered these lawyers probably started this company as collections with lawyer power. They do work like a collections company but have lawyer power to send cops to your house with civil summons papers for slow pay or no payment at all.
