My sister sued him too. She rented a 2 bedroom on Black Berry Lane.. He kept her security deposit of almost 2200 dollars. She got it all back!! Those places are way overpriced anyhow
Would not recommend renting from him.. My daughter rented from MR. BOB SESLER.. He kept her entire deposit and also tried to charge for ridiculous fees.. She recently sued him and won... Don't let landlords bully you... It "appears." Erie has a lot of slum landlords and crooked ones, too..it's time TENANTS in Erie start exposing them... Renters beware... Start checking the court dockets..
