I paid onine for Masale restaurant in Terminal 1 Concourse D today. When I went to pick up the order, the restaurant was permanently closed. And I have lost my money. My order number is 28657717. Please refund my money ASAP
I placed an order for food at LAX. The restaurant didn’t receive my order through the Servy platform and informed me that they didn’t actually serve half the items in my order. I’ve contacted Servy three times requesting a refund on my incomplete order which took 40 minutes to receive. No response
They posted a fraudulent charge to my card. I contacted them to correct it, and they said they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. I contacted them two more times with no response, until I had to open a dispute with my card company. Their software is terrible and their customer service is non-existent.
