New manager and a new sales representative.
I went into Servus last week and was served at the counter by an absolutely amazing customer service agent named Neeha. I had recently opened an account and did not know my account information and she was very patient looking up my account and was so friendly. I have to admit that I am old school and I tend to do a lot of my banking through the customer service agents at the counter.
