Every time I come to this branch they are so helpful and kind. I appreciate the staff and the environment. The other reviews seem to be short sighted - companies experience technical issues from time to time, it's not the staff's fault! Compassion goes a long way.
Showed up at 1:30pm for a basic deposit. It’s now 2:15 and I still haven’t been helped. But I’m sure the fees will be removed from my account quickly!! Customer service is brutal here. 1 teller. Thanks Servus

I recently had a disappointing experience at Servus Credit Union's Westgate branch in Edmonton. The branch manager was aware about this appointment as I was coming from Calgary and it could be delay due to heavy traffic in western area. The employee (KEVIN) refused to open our account, stating we were late.
