Staff are friendly and always helpful. I have been banking here for years and yes there can be a wait at times, and that is ordinary for any bank you go to. They take the time to service their clients properly, i never feel rushed.
I'm not very happy with the bank! I asked to increase the limit on my credit card twice, but they never did! Even though I have a perfect credit history, enough money in my account, and a good salary... I have to ask friends to pay for vacations with my family using their cards!
