Tried to open a straightforward business account with Servus and was denied — with no clear reason or justification. The process was riddled with confusion, delays, and contradictory responses. In the end, it came down to inexperienced staff and poor internal communication. Everyone here is great and extremely helpful. I experienced fraud on my account, and they assisted me promptly, providing excellent advice. The customer service was outstanding. I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to because of the great support I received. This branch definitely goes above and beyond for its customers.
This is an amazing branch! Best branch at Servus in my experience. Angela, Natasha, Pat and Sukhdeep have always gone above and beyond to help me with my banking needs. I recommend this branch to anyone in the area!
Pat McAuley was very kind and helpful. I had an unresolved issue that other tellers (from different branches) in the past did not help me with, they’d simply direct me to go online. On my phone I was unable to fix the issue. Pat went online with me and made sure the problem was resolved.
