I am giving them one star to just review this. This organization is not eligible for even one star. The issue was: We are a member of Servus union. Me and my spouse purchased a car from dealership with Connect First. One year before Servus and Connect First merged and became Servus Union. The vehicle was stuck by somebody's mistake and was a total loss. Today is February 8th 2026. Couple of years ago, I walked into Connect First office and can remember warm greetings by Shalini BAGAI. It has been many years now, and she has made banking very easy for the seniors at our home. Credit Union renamed itself & we followed Shalini Bagai to SERVUS for her professional & sincere customer service.
