What a horrible place!!! For those on EI, they wont let you change accounts, CHARGING huge fees and WILL NOT allow to change accounts. Those on a tight budget and fees amount to $100-$150 per month. Absolutely HORRIBLE! People are trying to live and Servus DOES NOT CARE! If I could give 0 stars or (-5) stars I would. This is a garbage place.
