Dont cash a cheque here. They dont have enough for $3500.
Deposited cash at the ATM, triple counted it, but they decided I actually gave them less money than what I did. Customer service when I spoke to this branch about it was two thumbs WAY down. I’ve banked with Servus for over 15 years but I’ll be closing my account at the earliest opportunity.
I am a 70 year old senior citizen and I am very disappointed in the service that the Servus Credit Union provides. I only opened my account a month ago and it’s been a nightmare. I was scammed a couple of weeks ago and Servus told me they were suspending my on-line services until I got my phone wiped and produced proof of this happening. Worst experience ever at this bank!! Our credit score is on the low side and they turned us down to open an account. No intention of applying for any kind of credit. Just wanted a savings and chequing account. What a waste of time walking in there was. ZERO STARS!! Honestly never in my life heard of a soft credit check to open an account.
Not impressed with their system. Very archaic and make no effort to work with the customer to meet their needs for community societies funds management.
