The Financial Advisor / teller, Zaaman Hussein, was not very accommodating or friendly during my appoinment. There was no handshake, minimal interaction, and no smile or welcoming gesture. But infairness he answer all my question and he’s knowleadgeable. I believe additional training in customer service, communication, and client interaction would be beneficial. A more warm, engaging, and welcoming approach would help create a more positive experience for customers.
