Do not invest money here! These people do not know what they are doing and need a lot more training! No manager ever there, not even a receptionist. You must wait in line to even ask a question. The tellers do all the work here and at least they know what they are doing.
Everyone there is super friendly and always helpful. Sort of like Cheers, always welcoming and amazingly most know you by name 😊
The worst of the worst customer service that I had ever encountered in the last 40 years. First time in my life I tried opening an account and got question about topics that are surely non of their business..it almost felt as if I was at a job interview.. absolutely absurd...🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮..hey watch it with the bank manager,she barks..🤮🤮
Probably the worst customer service of any bank out there. No way to contact your branch itself. Just a generic Customer Service Center that takes messages. In addition, the secure message method is always glitching and not allowing messages to send. No branch contact listings of managers or anything at all. Just all hiding behind a call center and convoluted process. Likely switching banks soon.
