I’m a senior and used the instant teller to deposit and forgot my card. When I asked the bank to retrieve it , they wouldn’t! Told me they wouldn’t give it back to me and would send it back to my branch 5 hours away. Also very rude. Phoned my branch and they will send me a new card and also told me that this branch could give my card back if they wanted to. They chose to make my life miserable. Would you deal with a branch like this? Shameful!!!
Do not invest money here! These people do not know what they are doing and need a lot more training! No manager ever there, not even a receptionist. You must wait in line to even ask a question. The tellers do all the work here and at least they know what they are doing.
Everyone there is super friendly and always helpful. Sort of like Cheers, always welcoming and amazingly most know you by name 😊
