I went there this afternoon, and honestly, the experience was extremely disappointing. Even though people were standing and clearly waiting, the Asian-looking woman at reception didn’t even bother to make eye contact. She just kept her head down, acting like she was busy with something meaningless. After a long wait, when someone finally asked her a question, all she did was point to the teller and tell them to ask over there. Really? No real line ups and in and out with my withdrawal of funds.
The Southgate location is usable again as the mall has dealt with the drug addicts who used to hang out next to the ATM. The bank is frustrating but usable now. I also use online banking through a US and international bank now bc you cant trade with this bank.
