No real line ups and in and out with my withdrawal of funds.
The Southgate location is usable again as the mall has dealt with the drug addicts who used to hang out next to the ATM. The bank is frustrating but usable now. I also use online banking through a US and international bank now bc you cant trade with this bank.
This is my home branch, branch is a 5 and company overall a 4 Servus is fine as a credit union, and as of 2025 they are pretty much on-par with what you would expect for online banking. The fee structure for accounts is silly and they should really have a free account for people who do minimal banking. I give them credit for responding to feedback really well, and for actioning reasonable complaints. It took me quite a while but I had to keep hounding them to fix a few issues. Worst teller service. Never have enough staff to help customers. Uses trainees during busy times and they need to address it
