This is my home branch, branch is a 5 and company overall a 4 Servus is fine as a credit union, and as of 2025 they are pretty much on-par with what you would expect for online banking. The fee structure for accounts is silly and they should really have a free account for people who do minimal banking. I give them credit for responding to feedback really well, and for actioning reasonable complaints. It took me quite a while but I had to keep hounding them to fix a few issues. Worst teller service. Never have enough staff to help customers. Uses trainees during busy times and they need to address it

Over two years, my credit and debit cards have been blocked more than five times during regular transactions, such as paying for groceries, online purchases, or booking a hotel. The amounts were small, ranging from $10 to $200. The worst case happened when I was in another city trying to book a hotel room, and my credit card was blocked.
