I use too cash my work cheques from moxies then also had my sin back then closed the account because I needed 25 bucks - but then again that's on my youth employment history which is linked too my sin which is also linked too me having a low IQ - now they dont have that info shucks see what ill do
Took over a month to call me back to open a business account. Blamed it on “The holiday season” (I am unaware of a 33 day holiday season). For a credit union that is supposed to be all about supporting small business, I can’t fathom how this is acceptable. It certainly isn’t for me, and I will be moving my personal banking out now as well. I was able to setup an appointment at ATB the next day and got more support than I ever could have expected from them.
Staff is friendly but there’s never enough staff, everyday there is people lined up almost out the front door because there’s only ever a couple staff, there’s almost 10 teller booths in the bank but there’s only ever 2 tellers. The wait time standing in line is getting out of hand, most of the customers are senior citizens that can’t stand for long periods of time. I go to the innisfail Servus branch and there’s full staff but the red deer south hill needs to do better
Absolutely the worst bank to deal with. Greedy and arrogant beyond words.
Unhelpful staff. Not very friendly either.
