1. The card is not accepted by a lot of sites such as Uber & Lyft I know it’s a debit card but my CIBC works fine and this card doesn’t 2. Very bad customer service at this branch especially by a lady called Tessy idk who she think she is but she is the worst person who works here I see a lot of 1 star reviews and 0 Reply from Servus
The employee named “Tessey” is one is the worst she put my account on hold and then closed it saying “it was fraud” I am never stepping foot in this bank while she works here the ONLY person you should deal with is Aws DO NOT DEAL WITH TESSEY
They made fun of me for asking for 1000$ credit card and tried to get me to sign up for 10x that. They keep closing my RRSP with no notice and reason. I went to get a HELOC they said no because my mortgage is not with them. When I informed them my house is paid off, they said the same thing. Nick was going to do it but neglected to tell me the 300-500$ service fee they charge until he asked me how I was paying.
Great customer service. Clear communication, spoke to Lila and Aws and they answered all my questions.
