Servus client for 30+ yrs. Went in and had Jennifer serve. She was one of the most ignorant and incompetent teller I have ever met!
The most incompetent staff I have ever had to deal with, nothing ever gets done on time, have to call multiple times just to fix the simplest of issues. Servus is already a garbage institution and somehow these staff make them even worse.
I was helped by Baljit who was amazing. She listened to me and figured out a way to help me. I appreciate her and her kindness. Thank you, Baljit.
I've had the worst experience with Servus Credit Union and servus MasterCard I would not recommend you put your money in this financial institution. The financial advisors give terrible Financial advice. One financial advisor told me to shuffle my debt around and take advantage of promotions from other credit cards to save on interest . Which is ridiculous then servus MasterCard OMG . My last bill was $1.04 and I paid it. Then they sent me another bill for a penny which was the interest on the $1.04 I called servus MasterCar... read more
Absolute garbage branch that can't do their job properly. So several years ago my mother "closed" a joint bank account we had. Little did she know they didn't close it and recently I found out that I've been charged a monthly service fee on this "closed" bank account that I did not know still existed. They really do be taking money from "customers" without them knowing.
