There getting rid of there lobby ATM. Now you have to go through the drive through for the ATM or walk up to the ATM. I have no issues if they were just fixing it and it said will be back soon. Seems like they should have just stayed in the Connect First building. Banking inside definitely hasn't been better since the companies merged. This branch could use some improvements.
After 25 years as a customer, what a disaster this Credit Union has become. I am not even sure if I belong to Connect First, Servus or First Calgary? There is no staff anymore at any of the branches. For some stupid reason they removed all the indoor automated tellers from the branches and only offer the drive through automated teller now. I have two vehicles and neither work at their outdoor drive through. I have to park in the lot and walk the drive lane. How is this supposed to work in the winter?
