The branch Namao was busy 3 people in line when it is my turn the nice teller asked me to wait for the manager on another till so she can get more money order forms. The manager said they have not verified the forms and asked me to go to another branch. WOW nice I am not a member or what or the other members are more important. Will be changing banks soon. TD is just next door.
Horrible bank to deal with - in the process of moving all my stuff from here that I had remaining - they bounced my payments to cover their own bank fees all while I was dealing with the death of my mother & not will to refund me - definitely don't care about their customers....
Great place to bank at. Very experienced and respectful staff in this location.
The bank is really good the 2 star is for my not good experience with Bryan Nguyen , he’s a nice person but bad communication and not good customer service.
Coming here for years. No issues. Good people.
