Please educate your tellers today. I went through the drive-through ATM and realized my PIN needed to be changed, so I went into the branch. The teller refused to help me change my PIN, referring me to use the ATM, even though I had just explained that I'm having PIN issues. I would not recommend going to this branch AT ALL!! They have awful customer service and the workers were very rude. So unhelpful and left us with very negative impressions. Was planning to open an account with them but will definitely NOT be doing that now. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
