I used this account as a little savings and had set it up years ago with lovely service. Imagine my surprise to see that sometime in 2025 they activate s monthly fee that no one told me about. I received no letter, call or email as they slowly stole form my account each month. And on top of that to charge me $30 for not using the account enough. Money mart is better than the fees this place charges.
I tried to call and was on hold for 35 minutes. When I got ahold of someone they said they couldn't hear me and hung up. I went to this location. Found only one employee who spent 20 minutes helping someone. What happened to all the staff?
