Beven said he would get back to us in 48 hours. Been more than 500 hours. Still waiting. Very unprofessional. Called him several times and left voice mails.
I have been with Servus since 1974 when I won a contest and received an account with $5. Fast forward 51 years and I applied for a flex line loan. 1 month later it's still with the under writer who is asking for the same information over and over. Starting to wonder if there will ever be a conclusion to this flex line. Not impressed which is sad. I've been a loyal client most of my life. There is definitely problems with this under writer. My loan officer is amazing and feels bad but it's out of her hands . Sad
Hours are horrible, not open on sat, no extended hours on Thursday. Google hours are incorrect for this branch. Tellers are medicore
We recently got a mortgage + HELOC with Servus and had our appointment with Simranjot yesterday to finalize it. He was very professional, fast, and thorough. He offered us products but respected when we declined. He did not feel pushy and answered our questions professionally. Overall, a great first impression with Servus. I hope the rest of our relationship is a productive and efficient as it has started!
