Horrible service. Went in for a loan and dealt with Bikramjit. Says he will call next day. And 5 days go by. Always needs additional information when it comes to get the loan. I've been a customer for 12 or more years and can't get a loan. I am so done with servus thanks for nothing
Ive been Banking with servus for a little more then a year. My most recent visit was about reseting online banking . I havent been getting the' codes that are to be sent to my email address Servus has, there is a previous email and number on my profile that I have been trying to get removed. I was speaking with Brenda during an appointment I had , where I was to be sent an email to reset for online banking. She would ask if I had gotten the reset code in which I wasnt able to. Been trying all day Saturday from Opening until 2pm to get through by phone But For Some Reason They Have Trouble Answering the Phone Not Impressed
Very limited hours that change day to day, making it unreliable service.
This is my main branch that I tend to go to when I can, everyone is very lovely as well. The reason I gave one less star is because of your betta fish. One thing I did notice was that I didn't jive well with was that you guys have a betta in less than ideal living conditions. Please please please do more research on what they need. They aren't just a lovely decoration that can be put in a flower vase. They absolutely NEED a heater, filter, cycled aquarium, and adequate lighting.
