Horrible service. Went in for a loan and dealt with Bikramjit. Says he will call next day. And 5 days go by. Always needs additional information when it comes to get the loan. I've been a customer for 12 or more years and can't get a loan. I am so done with servus thanks for nothing
Ive been Banking with servus for a little more then a year. My most recent visit was about reseting online banking . I havent been getting the' codes that are to be sent to my email address Servus has, there is a previous email and number on my profile that I have been trying to get removed. I was speaking with Brenda during an appointment I had , where I was to be sent an email to reset for online banking. She would ask if I had gotten the reset code in which I wasnt able to.
