The trouble that I've had across the board with everything is crazy. No more bank machine in the building. Cant talk to a real person over the phone. The Master card is a joke. The wait times in the bank are at least 20mins, with most times 1 to 2 tellers on. The staff are nice but the inconvenience of Servus is not worth it anymore.
Always a wait at lease 20 to 39 minutes. Certainly not like it used to be. Staff change often !!! Terrible Lacombe !!
