terrible manager at the la combe branch. I got numerous cheques from the same company. I've never had any problems with other banks. Now, I wanted to deposit a cheque from the same company that I have worked for months and months already. She would put a hold on. I would say, stay away from that branch. It's ugly
The trouble that I've had across the board with everything is crazy. No more bank machine in the building. Cant talk to a real person over the phone. The Master card is a joke. The wait times in the bank are at least 20mins, with most times 1 to 2 tellers on. The staff are nice but the inconvenience of Servus is not worth it anymore.
Always a wait at lease 20 to 39 minutes. Certainly not like it used to be. Staff change often !!! Terrible Lacombe !!
