I have disabilities and find it hard to do things for myself. The people at innisfail branch all rush to help me I am getting dementia and have a very difficult time with remembering where my money goes. I can always get printouts from the people at the bank. Skye goes over the top for me, she welcomes me in with a big smile and a ‘hi Kathy’ every time. Everyone is so great I will never go to any other bank again. I have banked at Servus Credit Union for many years and I have nothing but great things to say about this wonderful Credit Union. I have dealt with several different banks over the years and Servus Credit Union is the only bank that pays me back some of their profits at the end of the each year.
