Put some money into your Drive-thru ATM already!
Can't access the ATM when the bank is closed, every single other bank allows this. Now I have to go next door to RBC and pay a fee. Maybe I will just switch my account to them entirely.
Met with 2 advisors in one week. First one made numerous errors and kept me waiting for 10 minutes past appointment. Second was knowledgeable but also kept me waiting 10 minutes past my appointment Both times there was not another customer in the bank! My time is valuable and I rely on others for rides. If I am running late for an appointment I always call and let other person know. Your bank does not even offer an apology! Unacceptable. Try harder!
This location is frustrating. Always nice people inside, but the ATMs never work. They don't open till 930… and the ATM in the entry is only open their business hours. The drive though ATM is constantly out of order, out of envelopes, randomly cancel the transaction
