Met with 2 advisors in one week. First one made numerous errors and kept me waiting for 10 minutes past appointment. Second was knowledgeable but also kept me waiting 10 minutes past my appointment Both times there was not another customer in the bank! My time is valuable and I rely on others for rides. If I am running late for an appointment I always call and let other person know. Your bank does not even offer an apology! Unacceptable. Try harder!
This location is frustrating. Always nice people inside, but the ATMs never work. They don't open till 930… and the ATM in the entry is only open their business hours. The drive though ATM is constantly out of order, out of envelopes, randomly cancel the transaction
If I could leave a 0 star I would. Called to inquire about a mortage. An the lady on the phone. Was very very rude. Couldn't answer any of the questions.. Will never use this credit union for anything. An will have a couple friends pull there accounts. Such a shame.
