This is what I observed at the branch today and was very disturbed aborted the treatment that he young man in front of got from the reception desk. She was quite condescending and disrespectful towards him. She assumed that he didn't have a good credit rating and told him he couldn't open an account there. He had other business to attend to. I found her attitude towards him was very disrespectful. Wish I would have got a video of it.

$5 to use my TD card there for something that cost you guys nothing? I was fine with $2.50 but if you guys want to be that greedy, I will take my business elsewhere. There's a reason that cards work at all the banks. It's because they're all connected, these ridiculous service charges that they keep increasing do not cost them anything near $5 likely under a penny per transaction. There's a reason I don't deal with this bank, there are better local banks like ATB.

I went in this afternoon to address there inability to have my contact information changed and had told me I had to call in to do so. I Had brought in my phone that i was logged into Servus online , would only go toa computer look at it and tell me I had to call in to update .

Visited the Denton branch to get a replacement debit card. Their machine would not allow a pin to be programmed on the card. It was tried at least 10 times and then I basically had to walk out and not have a working debit card. Then I called a few days later, and was advised that the machine was working but that sometimes it doesn’t work. I came into the same branch and once again they could not program my pin.
