This isn’t against this specific location but against the company as a whole. Constant issues with my money, money being “held” without any indication unless you really put the effort to find out (waiting on the phone for 2 hours to talk to maybe talk to someone), suspicious auto payments being set up without user input. Fix your company before you don’t have one anymore.

Very unfortunate, I was dealing with Chris, and because of his irresponsibility and careless attitude, I didn’t get my credit card for 2 weeks now. But thankfully to Cassidy she figured everything out for 1 day, it’s how great is customer service supposed to be from the beginning. I’m still leaving a 1 star review because I was waiting for 2 weeks for nothing when I needed my credit card ASAP. And one of the employee at this bank promised me the next day delivery. Recieved poor service. They couldnt access their own secure storage to check if something of mine had arrived since people with the appropriate access were in online training courses and couldnt be bothered to come out. Waited twice as long as was promised then left. Never did get what I was after.
