Frankly, I had originally given them a 1-star however the manager called me back and made things right. Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s about how you handle it after. Also, a special thank you to Giang, you made a complicated process painless - and your excellent customer service is a credit to your institution.
Christine was incredibly helpful during my visit. She answered all my questions and handled everything very professionally. She’s also really pleasant and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience super comfortable. Really appreciate her help!
This branch sucks
Attempted to contact the Creek Side Calgary Branch. Was given an American based answering service. Was on hold with painful advertisements, and music that was off channel. Servus was a Financial point for friendly one on one service. Now the leaders feel they have become something different and have made poor decisions and now are attempting to parrot institutions they were originally formed to be different from.
