Attempted to contact the Creek Side Calgary Branch. Was given an American based answering service. Was on hold with painful advertisements, and music that was off channel. Servus was a Financial point for friendly one on one service. Now the leaders feel they have become something different and have made poor decisions and now are attempting to parrot institutions they were originally formed to be different from. I opened an account at Servus Creekside a few days ago, because of the mediocre service from my decades long account at one of the big banks. All of my finances, investments, mortgage etc. are there.
