Not sure why I needed to hear someone trying to figure out their zoom call while I was banking, but I guess that's what we do now. It's all about open spaces and sharing what's going on with everyone who's in ear shot.
Miscalculated transferring funds from one account to the other for an automatic withdraws and was slightly short in the targeted account. Where other banks would accommodate and charge a fee, move the funds automatically to cover the overdraft, or call and contact you, servus charged a $50 fee to decline the payment. Hopefully they take some lessons from ConnectFirst in their merger (where I can from) and treat you like a person with some compassion.
Absolutely horrible customer service! Phoned a few times with not complicated questions and it seems agents have no interest in helping. Very unprofessional. I would not give even one star but need to check it off to be able to post review.
