Easily one of the worst run locations. Lady there is slower than a sloth. Won't be back. Faster for me to go to the next closest location than to go to this one
The whole front line had one teller working at 10 am on a thursday. There were 7 of us in total in line with one poor guy teller and a lady teller had the "please see next teller" sign on. I understood she was in the middle of something but for a good 10 mins I was here, she couldn't put away what she was doing to help us, that was very frustrating. Poor and slow customer service. Just doesn’t feel very friendly in there. Also this branch only has 1 ATM that is locked inside the bank. So no way to get any money out after hours.
THE WORST BANK TO DEAL WITH! First they use my vehicle as collateral on some random persons loan....that loan officer was Nicole Kovaks, that resulted in Servus Credit Union putting a lien on my vehicle for 3 and a half years! That is also fraud. Their response...don't worry about it. No investigation on their end....and no accountability from the fraudster Nicole Kovaks who did this! Someone farudently accessed my bank account, as soon as that happened I was IN the branch to sort it out....and have been treated like a crimi... read more
