Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Just transferred $500.00 out of our account due "to inactivity". When my husband called, they told him they couldn't find his account and to come into the branch.....even though he was holding his statement in his hand with a member number and everything. Garbage service.
Useless bank , I had a appointment to open account the person who sat down with me started boasting how good their bank is and is much better than all other banks like Td, cibc , or royal bank . He said they give at the end of the year to customers , i wasn't their to get anything end of the year just wanted to open a account , I wouldn't have that kind of employee working for anyone absolutely useless employee who think their bank is the best . No wonder there's not too many servus branches All the reviews speaks for itself
Easily one of the worst run locations. Lady there is slower than a sloth. Won't be back. Faster for me to go to the next closest location than to go to this one
The whole front line had one teller working at 10 am on a thursday. There were 7 of us in total in line with one poor guy teller and a lady teller had the "please see next teller" sign on. I understood she was in the middle of something but for a good 10 mins I was here, she couldn't put away what she was doing to help us, that was very frustrating. Poor and slow customer service. Just doesn’t feel very friendly in there. Also this branch only has 1 ATM that is locked inside the bank. So no way to get any money out after hours.
