The best ever guy I dealt at a financial institution is FAROOQ, I saw him to open my business account here and he was super friendly and awesome
I was in the Bridlewood branch Friday, Sept 16th. I only wanted to cancel my credit card as it had been years since using it. I did not get the woman's name at the desk but she was beyond friendly. I requested cancelation and she had zero issues. She was efficient, polite, kind and understanding. We even joked about getting lost as I tried to find the location. One of the best banking experiences. Other locations are not even close to this experience. I wish I had gotten her name, but I hope she gets a pat on the back. Great... read more
I am moving all my accounts from RBC ( because of their policy regarding Rebel news) ( don't think banks should be politically biased). Went to Servus Bridlewood, the staff were excellent! Stephanie and Leah ( hope that's right spelling) were so very nice at helping me get new accounts opened and helping with information I'll need. So far it has been a great experience! Glad I made the decision to move.
