I recently reached out with questions regarding a loan. I was skeptical at first, (due other interactions with people in the position of lending) but I can honestly say, Peter immediately put me at ease. He honestly made me feel everything was going to be all right! I can honestly say this is a very genuine human! I hope they realize he is an asset when someone can put a VERY stressed out individual into a level of comfort.
Great Experience dealing with Gurteaj there for our Mortage. He Answered all my questions regarding my banking queries and made a whole experience quite wholesome.
Hours are good location is questionable… service is slow. We’re they make up in credit, they don’t in service.
Went in today because my card expired yesterday, said on the card it expired 10/23, got told it wasn’t expired and they would send a new one in the mail when it DOES expire, went to make a purchase and guess what! It’s expired! Who knew! (Me. I knew. Which is why I went to get a new card.) Will be going to a different location tomorrow.
