This branch has had great staff in the past and even with many changes continues to be very good in taking care of business in a friendly efficient manor .
Horrible customer service from the manager SS. Very unprofessional, hostile and discriminatory. I then sent an email to customer concerns it’s been 13 days and have sent secondary emails for follow up and nothing . I do no recommend this banking branch at Beverly . They do not want your business .
