Lack of knowledge when it comes to Mortgages. Would highly advise going somewhere else as there financial advisors are poor communicators and dont have the customers best interest.
Not as good as other Credit Unions. I dont know how its gotten as large as it has given how many problems it creates for customers. Maybe it's the lottery style membership drives. I have never seen a winner. Not saying no ones ever wins it, but I've never seen it.
This branch has had great staff in the past and even with many changes continues to be very good in taking care of business in a friendly efficient manor .
