The staff here are always so pleasant! Not just the front agents but the financial advisors and supervisors too. I always feel like they genuinely care and want to help! I just wish the hours were a little more user friendly ...but still very happy overall with this branch.
I've been coming here for over ten years at this point. I'll come use the ATM, get some cash. Then come in and get some loonies for water or wash. Today tho I came in, and the lady harrassed me for a card. Stating they don't have to make change for non members... Like K.... I just want 10 loonies and I just paid you 3.50$ to use your ATM. I spoke with Tammy on dealing with an estate. I found her more than helpful as well as caring and compassionate. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
Clean branch, very helpful and friendly staff, I’m not from here I just happened to be in town visiting family and needed to get some banking done. I would highly recommend dealing with them if you live in the area, I know I would!
