I should put 0-star but no option. I closed my servus account longlong time ago, due to the bank services. My banking with them last I think 10 or11 months. With that was opened RESP TFSA For my 2 children. I want to take back the money from RESP but the teller said I Can't get the money till my children turn 18. Amazing service here! Very helpful regarding a mortgage. They had everything ready and set to go in less than 2 weeks. Always there to answer questions. Haven't had to wait more than a few business hours to get a call back or email response.
I was treated like garbage and less than here. It was disgusting. If my account wasn’t a joint account I would have removed my funds immediately and never returned. I’m very glad I do my main banking elsewhere. The teller was extremely rude, invasive into my private life for no reason, and even alluded several times that I was lying.
