Really iffy neighborhood. Old and run down. Could not use my pin because it is too complicated. The keypad doesn't have the ability to accept anything but numbers.
Poor customer service at its core. Few customers decide to skip the line and the agent expects them to duke it out and figure who’s next in line. Furthermore, the agent in question did not even bother apologizing for his misconduct. He even goes on to say ‘’I have other work to do!’’ New to this bank, not impressed whatsoever. The previous reviews some it all up! Madness at its finest.
Only one person at front lol ,Are you serious.?? why u guys open the bank close it man if u don’t have staff at front .long wait just for little transaction.Avoid this place .
