Crap custoner service! This is Oct, I asked them to send me a new ATM debit card in June. Im in Mexico!!!
Head office should be ashamed, if they moved this location away then remove Google Location and hours and everything. You have no value or respect to Customer Time. Came all the way to just see they have moved is Ridiculous.
Many of the teller counters are closed and no one to serve the customers. Need more diversity and inclusiveness in the staff. Service needs to be considerably improved to reduce the long waiting.
Really iffy neighborhood. Old and run down. Could not use my pin because it is too complicated. The keypad doesn't have the ability to accept anything but numbers.
