I have a few good stories about this bank. The definition of service is people over processes, this bank is the opposite of good service. I’d give them a zero if I could. 1) my nephew joined the military, not having much he printed off a short form power of attorney and had it notarized so I could manage his banking and finances while he is gone . I do not recommend. Very nasty neighbors. When the street sweeper comes if you park anywhere near or in their oversized lot they try to leave a "ticket" on your window telling you to open an account there to be able to park in a large public parking lot. For this I would never do business with them and move the vehicles before they even open to avoid them. They are not friendly neighbors and this reflects on their business ethic.
Jessica was very helpful with obtaining our car loan, made the process very pleasant!
