Would give no stars if possible, was made to open an account to apply for a refinance loan. When finding out I did not qualify for this loan I chose to close this account. An extremely rude customer service representative answered my call & told me they could not refund my monies after closing my account. Would not recommend. I’ll stick to Corning Credit or even Chemung Canal before ever doing business with Serv U ever again!!
Terrible customer service. Arrogant.
Very rude staff. Talked about my personal life with another client of the bank. Small operation, no help on the weekends even if there is a financial emergency. All of these things are over the years of my banking with them. Go to literally any other bank. CCU, First Heritage, are just as common in the area and far superior.
The people are always friendly and polite. Always had service with a smile, never had any complains.
