The free pens they give out for free on market st for events are junk. Very colorful and they look like nice pens but they have that stupid cap on top of ink smaller than a grain of rice, and the whole inside pen came out when I tried to take it off. I feel like if they can’t handle handing out working pens then maybe they can’t handle my money either. But that could just be pure conjecture.

Awful. The mobile banking app is an absolute nightmare. It is 2024. There is no reason it should look like and perform as if we are in the early 90s. My husband and I have 750 plus credit, yet they refuse any kind of loan. Absolute rip off of a bank.
I came to the Corning office today, Rebecca was very helpful and very sweet. Thank you for the best customer service and going out of your way to help today. It is hard to find good help most places and she definitely delivered. I can’t thank you enough Rebecca and your professionalism and kindness and was so personable and accommodating.
