Awful. The mobile banking app is an absolute nightmare. It is 2024. There is no reason it should look like and perform as if we are in the early 90s. My husband and I have 750 plus credit, yet they refuse any kind of loan. Absolute rip off of a bank.
I came to the Corning office today, Rebecca was very helpful and very sweet. Thank you for the best customer service and going out of your way to help today. It is hard to find good help most places and she definitely delivered. I can’t thank you enough Rebecca and your professionalism and kindness and was so personable and accommodating. Don't know if it was my race or them maybe losing my paperwork for 2 and half months for a refinance. I closed my account on 10/19 at 1031am. That's my poorest treatment for a person looking to refinance to your home town bank
