The employee Marcelo who I had talked to over the phone over an alarm issue was super disrespectful and ignorant hung up the phone not ONCE but Twice, was calling in regards to a commercial alarm system that wouldn’t be deactivated through the app or screen. He was not knowledgeable on any of the issues or topics that were brought up and also said that he didn’t have his managers phone # so I can talk to them or find the right contact information. We have been using Servitutti for many years and have had two alarm systems installed in two different residences as well as the installation of several TVs including an outdoor TV on our deck.
