Last week I called trying to help someone that has an account with this bank and the receptionist (Shawna) was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I was simply asking for assistance for the elderly woman who holds an account with this bank on an issue with her debit card and the receptionist at this location had a horrible attitude and hung up in my face. Had somebody hit my car in front of their store and they will not let me use the camera footage or view it. Said due to “privacy laws “, they can’t let anybody view it. Seems like a Quality (business).
