We left PNC Bank and went to ServisFirst as many of our small business owner friends recommended them. The staff is extremely friendly and very easy to work with. (And I mean all of them!) They don't hold our high dollar checks and the online and app user face is easy to navigate. The only downside, in my opinion, is the required minimum balance of $2,000 for business accounts. It's painful but know it's good as it forces us to be better managers of our spending and stay on top of collecting from our clients.

Avoid going here for any kind of business services. Melissa was rude and treated me like a child and not a business owner. Will take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.
