Customer service reps in here are incompetent Loan showed 3 months past due. My banking shows funds leaving acct. All statements show paid. And then suddenly it shows 3 months unpaid. Customer service says my bank clawed it back. Which is preposterous. Banks dont claw back funds 3 months later. And if they did it would show up in my acct
First I would like to say. Great Company. I have had church on BSI customer care line a couple of times not because I was asking for a favor it was because my payment was going to be a couple of days late. So I say that to say this—- It’s like calling Chic-fil-a, my experience is always impeccable. I Love it for them! BSI Rock!!!
The representatives are always pleasant and helpful. Even in not so fortunate situations they help Find a solution.
Whatever you do, avoid BSI at all costs! Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever received with zero accountability and uneducated customer support reps that make assumptions before looking into issues. Unorganized and unprofessional organization.
My bank just gave me to this company it sucks! Customer service reps can’t even help you, The online system is awful
