Their loss draft dept will withhold funds for property repairs without any reason and their customer service agents will give you different/conflicting answers and will reject disbursements based on bullshit reasons. We had a horrible time dealing with this crap and a house which had to be gutted and repaired from a water damage incident Absolutely incompetent staff
BSI has been horrible about communication and help with anything. They took over my loan and quite frankly they're a big reason why I am going to sell my property, not the only reason obviously but it will be a massive pro to get rid of them.
