There needs to be a minimum standard of service a mortgage lender must be required to adhere to. Of all the lenders I have ever had in my life, BSI is by far the worst. My primary and secondary home loans were transferred to BSI in 2024 and I had to request detailed escrow transactions, twice, to demonstrate to BSI that they had not transferred the existing balance appropriately.
