Customer service is terrible And they lost my bill I mailed in twice
Rude phone representatives absolutely no customer service skills at all, also will take there unapologetic sweet time for important documents, didn’t transfer my auto pay information and said 5 days for a loan payoff delaying my closing. Use another lender
HORRENDOUS experience!! Furthermore this company has ZERO regard for our country’s veterans. Unfortunately when I refinanced my loan, it was assigned to this excuse for a lender. For the past year and a half, I’ve felt imprisoned to the tactics of BSI Financial. They hiked my mortgage about $500 making it unmanageable. I’ve put in a ticket three times now to have someone reach out to me. It’s been over a week & nothing but crickets. Why is that so hard to accommodate? Not professional. Not reliable. Good to know yall are here when a customer needs you!
