Terrible company. Bought my mortgage, screwed up the escrow costing me DOUBLE. Customer service is a joke. I think they might be running a scam, purposely messing up escrow so the existing homeowner's insurance lapses, THEN they can force-cover with their own insurance costing much more and making money on the backend. They need to be investigated for fraud!!!
This place is HORRIBLE! Loan got transferred and escrowed was all screwed up! They have no clue how to correct it!
Worst mortgage servicing company on the planet, BSI. What an absolute sham. You’ve been warned, and I’d refuse to do business with anyone who does business with them. I wish I would have. Stay away from Servis and BSI (same thing). They should be sued into oblivion.
Incredibly difficult to work with. Their online support system is poorly designed. They say that an issue is resolved when it is not. Bots run everything. Incredibly difficult to find a human to speak with.
It's been a clown show since my mortgages were shipped to BSI, but I held my tongue. As long as I could. I got the conversion paperwork and went online to activate my account. I did so, and set up auto-pay for my first mortgage. I then tried to add the second mortgage, but couldn't. I called customer service only to be told I couldn't add my other mortgages (I have rentals) to my online account, I would have to create separate logins for each of them.
