Jen and the Serving Seniors team have been an amazing resource, guide, counselor, and advocate for my family as we searched for the right memory care community for my mother. Jen spent the time to understand my mother’s needs and our family’s wishes. She then presented a number of quality options while remaining open to suggestions of our own. Jen Franks is one amazing person! We would describe Jen as a compassionate advocate, with exceptional expertise in senior living communities. Before finding Jen, my grandmother had been turned down by both a High-End Assisted Living & a High-End Skilled Nursing Home.
