I was treated so disgustingly by Barbara over the phone. I used to volunteer with SOC when I wasn’t sick & disabled and was healthy. I remember such kind people working here. What happened? Barbara spoke to me in such a sick and nasty way I had a panic attack afterwards. To be treated in such a degrading manner is unacceptable, especially when someone is being kind and nice to you.
