Terrible customer service, terrible knowledge in staff, only 2 people working, still waiting 1hr later, many people waiting in front.

I went there to update my address in person, but they had very few staff. After nearly one hour I was attended standing up with a large distance between me and the attendant, and glass separating us. She didn't asked me anything, and I realised the next day she had suspended my pay after I got home. However I returned there on the next day and I spoke with a woman and a gentleman and they sorted it out for me. I am very grateful to them.

I got told to go to Services Australia (which Centrelink now comes under apparently) by Service NSW to pay off my HECS debt. The lady at the front desk was lovely but the lady who served me after was rude. People at Services Australia need to make sure they are not projecting bad experiences on to every person they speak to.

Every time I go there the women at the front desk talks over the top of you, she’s extremely rude!! Then I got called by Melissa who looked at me like I was beneath her and was also so rude!! 2 other ladies were complaining about their attitudes!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
