Do not use this guy Jeff for your legal work. If you look at the ratings the only five star is the rating in which he scored himself all the others are one star and I would give zero stars if that were an option. Jeff Spencer is completely unprofessional. I did appreciate it that he got the adverse party's real name, BUT: Jeff got involved in the adverse party's song and dance. He listened to it, and got sucked in, and while it's not his fault that he could not serve the restraining order - I ended up with a smashed patio door window at 4 am in the morning.
